It always gives me an unexpected error so i can’t use my thumb print. I have to enter it manually then when i do that it still says it so i have to delete the whole app and try again. I’ve had to do this about 3 times already. Then i can’t transfer money to any account because it says “unable to sync to account right now” and that has been going on for about a month now. All i want to be able to do is log in quickly and stranger money if i need to.

Sometimes it’s great and convenient but most of the time it is awful. It won’t let my log in or transfer money very often and if I try to deposit a check through the app I won’t see the money for three days to sometimes a week.

This app has been super frustrating to use (or try to use that is) since the updates of face recognition login. It comes up that my correct login & password are incorrect and will not let me into my account. Go back to the basics without the advanced logins so that it works properly again. Never had any issues before the last update.
