Gives an estimate of arrival time, and a price estimate. If you don't want to put your card info into the app, you can just hand the driver normal money (imagine that!) and leave it at that. I've been using Metro Line and the other local car services in my part of Brooklyn for years now. Service is, for the most part, very very good. I also would rather support a LOCAL business versus some gigantic evil company (cough *uber*) that is trying as hard as they can to impoverish their drivers and drive local businesses away.

This shouldn't be out for use yet as its not ready for passengers. You can't see the prices, you cant remove your card info and you don't have an option to deactivate the account. On top of that they still charge the same as lyft and uber:/ smh cabs are outrageous now. 24$ for 13miles! Gfo

Used Metroline for quite a while until the last drive, when one of their drivers wanted to charge an extra fee of 8$ for using a credit card, driving me to the airport. After telling the driver that this is not their business practice from all the drives I previously did he lowered it to 3$, nevertheless a rip off.
