Been over a year and still haven’t fixed the issues in the app !!!

I’ve never been able to print my Documents from my app I always go done to have them printed. I just realized that if I turn my phone sideways and snap a screenshot I can print my card out as a picture. I have always had a hard time making payments through the app but surprisingly today accepted it without issue. So I’m grateful for the small wins!! Its a pretty terrible app but it could always be worse I suppose.

App has never worked since I got policy 1 year ago . Not one time have I been able to make a payment or view documents . A good start would be if I could actually log in . But like I said the app has never worked . You can rely on the inconvenience this causes and that’s the only thing you can rely on .
