I love this game but it has stole my money twice now. I bought a five dollar investment pack with an 6000 diamond voucher, and I only used the voucher on one dress for 2400 diamonds. Now the voucher is completely gone even though it was permanent. Also I had bought two dollars worth of diamond packs and used it on a dress to buy it permanent. (It was the implish dress) and when I looked for it in my wardrobe it wasn’t there. So can you developers please do something about this?

It’s a super fun game, but there are a lot of issues. The biggest being, it’s almost impossible to contact support. The link to contact support on the app page, doesn’t send you to a support page. I went all over, still haven’t found it. I messaged their Facebook page (it’s not the one you’d think it is) and they’ve yet to give me an answer.

But why when I’m going to upload a photo it say failed, and I try many time it keeping same the same thing over and over again! Plz fix this problem. 为什么我想要上传照片的时候一直说无法上传。
