This app was rushed. Tried to use it do deliver something I have. It would cost around 5 bd with Aramex but here cost is 2.8. However, the application just doesn’t work with something so simple like pinning pick up and a delivary address. It just couldn’t work. I ended up manually giving the address to the driver after a long struggle with the app. Just let at least type the address instead no shame in a simple app as long as it work.

THIS APP IS A FAILURE. Total bust! If there was a zero star, I would give it a ZERO.
The price is too expensive and even though, they call you after half an hour and after the order has been accepted to say “ we have no drivers in the area” okay then why create a delivery app if you don’t have or gonna recruit drivers to DELIVER which is the whole purpose of the app!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Imagine waiting for your delivery for 3 hours, and then receiving a call from a random cell phone telling you “we are closed today for training”, that’s how unprofessional they are. Save yourself the frustration and avoid their service and downloading this app
