Great experience in getting tickets on uverse

This app has several major issues, including the profile tab; when opened, it shows only an empty header and list, and no ability to log in. This prevents the user from being able to access their tickets on their iPhone.
When on the Explore tab, the user is able to view a list of events. However, when attempting to purchase tickets, the user is redirected to an in-app browser, instead of the app natively supporting ticket purchasing. This would be fine, except the user is unable to sign into their Universe account from the Ticket Info page in the in-app browser.
This app is effectively unusable for purposes other than discovering events, and purchasing tickets as a Guest. I hope Universe invests in improving their app to make it a useable ticket management app.

There’s a bug that prevents the user from adding the event ticket to their wallet when Firefox is the default browser app. I got around this by copying the link and using safari. Thanks!
Just trying to get you’re attention, this could be an iOS side thing as well. I’m happy to update this review once acknowledged
