So if you ever played the pc version, it’s almost the exact same thing. I played it on my flip book laptop and the touchscreen worked, but any ranged character build was terrible because every time you clicked/tapped to attack an enemy it moved your character. I know if you held down shift it stopped your movement but I just didn’t much like it. the analog controls in the ported version are so much better. The only issue I have with this is that they didn’t add the bank, wich is essential. If the developers don’t add a single more update, they need to at least add the bank. It becomes tiresome when I have to portal back to town every two minutes to sell because my inventory is predominated by relics ,charms, and items I can’t quite use yet but want to keep for later. It is also essential to be able to move different items between characters, as a legendary bow is quite useless to a character building strength and using an axe. And lastly, please add network multiplayer. If not online because of all the servers and the like needed, at least add lan so I can play with my friend in the next room. Half this games character abilities revolve around multiplayer synergy. The game is fun to play alone true, but the multiplayer aspect was my favorite aspect on the pc version. Me and my buddies would stay up for DAYS playing this game together, so please, take these things into consideration, as this has the potential easily be the top rpg available for iOS.

I remember trying this game when it came out for the PC. I thought it was a good game but was still pretty heavy into Diablo 2 and didn’t really play this game as much. Fast forward 10 or so years. I was looking for an RPG for my iPad and have considered all the BioWare ports but wanted something a little less deep for a mobile device. That’s when i found they had ported this game. They did a terrific job and it plays great on my new iPad 2017. I have not really played a lot of games over the last ten years but this game has made me want to play some more and i would gladly pay for any expansions they wanted to port. I just wont spend my time on the “in app purchases” games. I don’t mind paying a fair price for a great game or port and this one is easily worth what they are asking. The iCloud syncing is kind of a mess and I didn’t really enjoy the experience on my iPhone 7 Plus as it was just too small for my old eyes, but to have what used to be a premium PC experience on a device i can play anywhere is awesome. Anyhow, if you like hack and slash games with character depth and tons of build options you cant miss with this one. There is potentially enough content here to keep you entertained for a very long time.

Great port with a few minor issues that do not affect gameplay significantly. This full port of the ARPG titan comes with 40-60 hours of hacking, slashing, and questing. Titan Quest is an absurd value at just under $7. Not my usual genre, but I was drawn in by the title's backstory. Ended up being a real treat. Now...why wasn't this an App Store feature or Editor's Choice? Hope to see the expansion content down the road. Paying a premium for such content as DLC would be a pleasure. If these experiences are to continue (instead of free-to-play and freemium models), then those of us who prize variety have to support developers who share our interests.
Constructive criticisms: (1) iCloud saving and syncing needs work; (2) characters should not attempt to pick up loot during combat (note: there is a toggle one can disable, but that's not the most intuitive approach; and (3) if possible, I would like to see framerates improve on some compatible devices, as it is my hope that this title has a long, successful run on the App Store. The studio behind the original went under after its initial release. ***EDIT: Thanks for the continued support, DotEmu. iCloud syncing, pets, and a few other items need a final bit of polish.
