In level 3 got a screwdriver but it won't open the box! With clue of oven got one part of key found other part on table after smashing a cup key parts won't go together. I accidently hit oven inside another bottom key part. As a matter fact you can find a key part everytime you open oven door! There are 4 colored panels on a door to enter numbers... Where do you find numbers? Faucet runs water nothing goes in sink why is faucet running? Why won't screwdriver work? Why so many key parts & they do nothing? Why a hook found in window & it does nothing? Why do you not have a walkthrough? Why do you not have app support! You guys have a lot of work to do if you want to have anyone playing this game!! Deleting!!

It seemed like it was going to have some potential, but it's ok at best. HOWEVER, that wouldn't have caused me to write a review. The real issue is that I paid the $0.99 for the hints and NEVER got them. I waited for quite a while as it was processing and I was charged for them, but it never gave them to me. I pressed "restore" to try to either reverse it or to see if it would actually give me the hints, but it never did either. It may only be $0.99, but it appears that this has happened to many others before me (shame on me for not reading the reviews first). The developer needs to fix this and give us the hints we all paid for, or REFUND the money. Otherwise, they're just stealing people's money.

Great game really challenging. For user with screwdriver issue there's another clue that you have to find that tells you which order to unscrew the screws (the board is the clue, run it under the water and you will see the answer) Level 8 is tricky, the clue for the order of color books to press is with the candles on the coffee table count the height of each candle holder ie. 1=A, 2=b...etc) Good luck everyone
