Every couple of months the system gets totally disconnected and attempting to reconnect and fix everything is a multiple day event, usually because the first few days you quit because you’re so frustrated. Today we just had the heat turn on in the middle of summer. Can’t turn off the heat because the thermostat disconnected from the device. I can’t reconnect the thermostat because the device needs to be updated. I can’t update the device because I get a spinning wheel of death and it stops the update process.
Best to avoid this product altogether! I wish I did!!

If there was zero stars I would gladly assess this app so.
Constantly receiving “We could not register your thermostat. Please contact Vaillant support”. Local support refers to some unknown guys who keep eye on the central server and those guys are unreachable.
The thermostat costs a bunch of money.
I don’t recommend this app and the device at all.
