I have enjoyed using the Dr. Dish app when working on any Dr. Dish shooting machine. The custom workouts are very detailed, and it is a great peace of mind having all of that content at my fingertips.
The app is consistently being updated and improved, which is a huge plus.
I would suggest this app, and the Dr. Dish shooting machines to anyone looking to improve their basketball training systems.

I love using this app with the Dr. Dish All Star machine. It’s not too fancy but does what it’s suppose to. I can pick from a variety of awesome pro level workouts and also make and assign my own using TMS. I can get up tons of reps in little time and get so much better at a much faster pace.
