I have been using my correct email and password to login and the app will not load anything after I tell it to log me in. It’s an endless buffering from that point on. I was able to log in on the website, so I checked to see if there were updates for the app and there are none. I’m not sure what is happening to cause this glitch, but it needs to be fixed. Why should I have a busted app taking up space on my phone?

Like everyone else has said, you can’t even log in. Just an endless buffering wheel. I see this has been happening for months, if not years- what’s the point of even having an app if it doesn’t work? Garbage

Much of the time you can’t log in unless you are using wifi- even if trying to use your data it won’t let you. Today it started something new- won’t load so I can even try to log in. When it does actually work correctly, it’s pretty handy to have. But it has too many bugs!!
