Had trouble getting started with this thing to begin with; the password I tried was too long (really? in 2019?) and the widget with the actual error message was hidden. It took a bunch of trial and error just to figure this out. Besides that, you have to make two separate accounts to use all its functionality, and part of it is in an embedded browser and entirely non-native. (It’d also be real nice if it integrated with the Wallet app, which it doesn’t at all.) Ultimately it does work, and if you have a membership here you’ll want it, but it could really use a facelift.

Interface is difficult to use. Have to log in on three layers to try to use city perks. Have to log in twice to get to my account information. My password wouldn’t work on the front page, but then worked accessing my account information. I can’t find a page to update my password or information with details about my contract for reference. Only says when I joined...
