My family and I use mi ride. I am comfortable having my children use this service as well. You can count on them as the drivers are always professional.

I have used there service many times with only one issue prior to this last disastrous night. On Halloween weekend I booked a ride and a return ride almost a week an advance. I ordered an SUV for the evening as we were a group and we were in Halloween costumes. A Cadillac arrived to pick us up only to inform us he needed us to speak to customer service, once we were connected we were told our return ride home could no longer be confirmed. We then asked why weren’t currently in an SUV and the answer was oh your not? I which point we canceled our ride since we barely fit in the cadillac an did not have a return ride home. We were still charged one ride and offered no real apology. We will never use this service again.

I work for a private jet charter company and I handle all ground transportation, for Elite, high end clients. This app/company is FANTASTIC. They are professional, accommodating, and have never let me down. They make my job so much easier, I just wish they were available in every market. A++++
