The main ingredients are fresh vegetables, greens, fruits, unprocessed grains, legumes, healthy unrefined fats, safe sweeteners, unprocessed salt, and spices. Each recipe provides a wealth of health benefits and helps you to be energetic, beautiful, and slim. The app has recipes suitable for vegetarians, vegans, raw foodists, and those who avoid gluten, milk, or added sugar – and of course, for those who are just thinking about their health and looking for a way to diversify their diet with plant-based dishes! Features of the app: • New recipes for breakfasts, main dishes, side dishes, salads, soups, appetizers, desserts, sauces, and beverages are added regularly. • The recipes can be sorted by using different filters – vegetarian, vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, suitable for children, suitable for raw foodists – as well as by the ingredients used. • Recipes can be shared with friends via e-mail or social media. • You can send the list of ingredients to yourself by email to make shopping easier. • The cooking process is divided into stages; click on each stage to mark it as completed. • There is a category of recipes suited for detox. • A separate category of recipes for kids is available on a subscription basis (per 0,5$ per month); it is upgraded with 8-10 new recipes every month.
