I am a huge fan of this game. However once you know where to place the pill you have to wait for the slow drop- it would be great if you could swipe down to increase speed and swipe up to decrease drop speed - then you would not need to wait. Also is you setup a multi-combo of three or more the third and following combos don't happen as the blocks are left hanging in space and do not drop - this reduces the creativity and is a BUG - if these two items were fixed the game would move from good to Great! - finished all levels with 3 stars ... one more thing to add app only allows flip one direction - should allow both directions - also game should not be over if the pill fills the top line - you can clear them from below - thanks for the fun

1) Very similar to Dr. Mario and generally fun. 2) Little glitch where, occasionally, a half stack of pills doesn't fall when the opposite side disappears 3) Nearly impossible, very challenging levels where the virus is basically two rows from the top of the screen- and then the game reverts back to simple game play on the next level. You would think the levels would build on each other and become increasingly more challenging, but no. 4) The stars and point system makes no sense whatsoever. 5) Terrible mini-video after you complete a level where the Doctor beats the virus with a stick. Totally unnecessary. I wish it were something a little cuter or happier.

My app Dr Mario (Sorry Nintendo) addiction fulfilled. I still own my SNES just so I'm can still play Tetris & Dr Mario games. Even more so because I still have Tetris & Dr Mario still. I use an Emulator in my Wii to still play both games but Dr. Mario was so much fun playing the vs another player version and $%/++ing on your opponent. Bottom line, other than some possible updates for vs or opponent gameplay and possibly making it so you can slow the pill down when doing rapid decent, this is a home run. Gotta get a non-advert version or even a semi-advert version. Leaderboards and community would be great too.
