As many word and spelling games as there are out there, it's nice to find a math game that is comparable in esthetic appeal and challenging enough to engage the mind without overwhelming it. Having always been less than great at mathematics, finding an entertaining math game can sometimes mean either finding games that are so simple a fifth grader could do them, or games that are so complicated that it becomes hard to stop mid-problem without struggling to remember which step in the mathematical process you stopped at when you last played. It becomes frustrating when must start over at the beginning of the problem each time because the problem is so difficult it's hard to place mark the last computation you completed before pausing or leaving the game/app.
